Wednesday Mellow Morning Yoga on Zoom
Practice Yoga with our devoted little group, each Wednesday morning 9-10 AM.
You can expect a class that balances strengthening, stretching and therapeutics, admidst a slow and gentle flow. Lots of modifications offered because each of our bodies has a different story!
